Massage reduces pain. When we hurt ourselves our first instinct is to ‘rub it better’. It helps to increase joint flexibility , reduces tension and relaxes tight, tense muscles. Massage enhances the immune system by stimulating lymph flow – the body’s defence system. It exfoliates the skin leaving it brighter and fresher looking and feeling amazingly soft. Your massage can be tailor made for you. It can be firm, relaxing or a bit of both. NB I do not do deep tissue or sports massage treatments.
